1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available only in cases of defective products, incorrect orders, or installation errors directly caused by our team.
- To qualify, customers must notify us within 7 days of installation or delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or improper maintenance after installation.
- Custom-made orders where measurements were provided incorrectly by the client.
- Change of mind after installation has been completed.
3. Replacements & Corrections
- If an error occurs on our side (wrong size, color, or defective product), we will correct, replace, or re-install at no extra cost.
- In cases where replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the situation.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
