These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Magnetic Dudu Net website, products and services (the "Site" and the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant you have authority to bind that entity.

1. Definitions

  • Customer / you / your: the person, company or entity ordering products or services from us.
  • Products: magnetic mosquito nets, retractable nets, pleated screens, components and related hardware supplied by us.
  • Installation Services: on-site measuring, fabrication adaptation and professional fitting, testing and handover performed by our technicians.
  • Order: a purchase request submitted by you and accepted by us.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all quotes, orders, supply and installation work, website purchases and any other commercial dealings between you and Bluelabs Hygiene Ltd in respect of Magnetic Dudu Net products and services. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you (e.g., in a purchase order) are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Our Services

We supply and professionally install custom-made insect screening solutions including magnetic window nets, retractable door nets, pleated systems and shutter-style magnetic screens. We also supply spare parts, repairs and maintenance services.

4. Quotes, Orders & Acceptance

  1. All quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (or 30 days if none stated) and are subject to site verification.
  2. Orders are accepted only when we issue a written order confirmation or invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason (e.g., stock, safety, incorrect pricing).
  3. Custom, made-to-measure and specially-finished items are only produced after order confirmation and receipt of any applicable deposit (see Payment).

5. Measurements & Site Survey

  1. Products are custom-made. We insist on an on-site measure by our technicians before fabrication unless otherwise agreed.
  2. If you provide measurements and we manufacture to those measurements, you accept responsibility for accuracy — any corrective work required due to inaccurate measurements supplied by you will be charged extra.

6. Prices & Payment

  1. Prices quoted exclude VAT (if applicable), delivery and installation charges unless specifically stated.
  2. A deposit may be required for custom orders. Full payment terms will appear on the invoice.
  3. Payment methods we accept will be shown on the invoice. Orders may be suspended until cleared funds are received.
  4. Late payments: we may charge interest and suspend further work until accounts are current. Continued non-payment may lead to cancellation and recovery actions.

7. Delivery & Installation

  1. Delivery and installation lead times are estimates and start from the date of final measurement and receipt of any required deposit. We will advise expected dates at confirmation.
  2. Installation access: you are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access and any permits or permissions required for installation. Additional charges may apply where access is restricted or site conditions are atypical.
  3. Risk of loss for goods passes to you on delivery/installation. Title to goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

8. Custom Work, Returns & Cancellations

  1. Custom and made-to-measure items, special finishes and cut-to-size mesh are non-returnable except where covered under warranty or manufacturing defect.
  2. If you cancel an order for custom goods after manufacturing has started, you may forfeit the deposit and be charged for work performed and materials purchased.
  3. For off-the-shelf items returned unused within a stated return period (if applicable), refunds may be subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in original condition at your cost.

9. Warranty & Repairs

  1. Manufacturer / Product warranties: Where applicable, certain components (e.g., powder coat by AkzoNobel) are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will provide warranty information with your order.
  2. Bluelabs warranty: We warrant that workmanship and installation will be performed with reasonable skill and care for a period of 12 months from installation unless a different period is stated in writing.
  3. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, deliberate damage, improper maintenance, modifications not authorised by us, or environmental damage beyond design parameters (e.g., hurricanes).
  4. For warranty claims, contact us with proof of purchase and a description or photos of the issue. We may inspect and decide repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

10. Maintenance & User Care

You are responsible for following basic maintenance guidance (e.g., gentle cleaning with mild detergent, avoiding harsh solvents, correct re-tensioning of pleated systems). Failure to follow care instructions may void parts of the warranty.

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising from or relating to the Products or Services (whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute or otherwise) is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific goods/services.
  2. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, special or pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of use.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by Bluelabs Hygiene Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use our trademarks and content without our prior written consent.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

We will collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site or placing an order you consent to our collection and use of your personal information for order processing, installation scheduling and aftercare. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your data.

14. Website Use & Accounts

  1. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to upload or transmit anything illegal or harmful.
  2. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  3. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and referred to arbitration or the competent courts in Nairobi (unless otherwise agreed).

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, transport disruptions, government actions, pandemics, etc.). We will notify you of material delays.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where material changes are made we will attempt to notify registered customers by email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Links & Third-Party Services

Our Site may link to third-party websites or recommend third-party products. We are not responsible for their content, policies or services. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

19. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Order Confirmation and any warranty information constitute the entire agreement between you and Bluelabs Hygiene Ltd regarding the subject matter and replace prior agreements and understandings.
